Marie-Ève Sullivan ensures that the team's activities remain focused on the main orientations and objectives, and that all actions are in harmony with the Federation's mission, vision and values. Responsible for human resources management, she is particularly proud to have contributed to the recruitment of the excellent team now in place. Marie-Ève also ensures sound financial management and good relations with our partners.
Francis Sarrasin-Larochelle is responsible for setting up the provincial competition circuits, namely the Coupe du Québec and the Grand Prix series. He is also responsible for implementing the high performance program, including Team Québec activities, services and support for athletes and coaches working towards high performance. In addition, he works to develop the sport through regional camps, sport-study programs and the Quebec Games.
In collaboration with Francis, Daniel Soucy oversees the sport-études programs, organizes regional and provincial camps, and helps organize events. He also promotes the 1-2-TRI GO! program to clubs and municipalities across Quebec. Communication with coaches and club administration is also one of his top priorities, and Daniel reflects on the prospects for coach training and coordinates various formal (e.g., NCCP) and informal (e.g., tutoring or triathlon-specific workshops) educational activities.
Responsible for the support and coordination of triathlon events across Quebec, he conducts technical visits, validates courses and schedules, and works closely with the organizing committees. He also oversees the administrative follow-up of training sessions, competitions and selections for Age Group World Championships, notably by updating rankings and technical documents. He is responsible for the development and implementation of various programs and competitions, such as the Quebec Cup, para triathlon, youth and school triathlons.
Laurent Sigouin is responsible for the support and coordination of triathlon events, including technical visits, validation of courses and schedules, and liaison between organizing committees, officials and Triathlon Québec. He also ensures the administrative follow-up of competitions and training courses, updating rankings, technical documents and regulatory guides. Laurent's role includes organizing training sessions and checking the qualifications and backgrounds of officials and coaches. Finally, he is involved in the development and implementation of competitions and programs, such as the Quebec Cup, D3 events, EcoTQ certification and the school program.
Béatrice's role is to elaborate and develop a content strategy and a calendar of publications to be distributed on our various social networks. She writes various articles for the website, is in charge of the newsletter and writes for various media. She ensures high visibility for sponsors and partners. What's more, she stays up to date on social media trends, digital technologies and best practices to raise Triathlon Québec's profile.
Emy works in collaboration with the whole team to ensure the administrative delivery of ongoing files, whether financial or organizational. She also handles all questions and requests from our members to support them in their dealings with the Federation.
