Coaches who complete the online theory must then complete the in-person practice before March 31, 2023.

The Community Youth Coach coaches athletes from the Initiation 1 to U15 categories, teaching them basic triathlon skills and introducing them to competition. The community coach emphasizes safe participation, technical-physiological-tactical development and fun. This context is designed for coaches of athletes in the Active Start, FUNdamentals and FUNdamentals stages of LTAD.

The two components will be shared during this training, but the trainer will have only one training course in his or her “Casier” (ACE trainer file), the one of his or her choice, Adult or Youth.
OPTION 1: Attend the full training course, with theory on Day 1 and practice on Day 2, face-to-face.
OPTION 2: For those who have already completed the online theory in one of the two sections, participate only in the practice session on Day 2.
