Our annual Gala was held last Saturday, November 30, at the Côte Saint-Luc Community and Aquatic Centre.

With the wonderful collaboration of the Côte Saint-Luc Triathlon Club, we were treated to an emotionally-charged gala. Hosted by Élizabeth Grondin, the 2024 edition of the gala was a real success. Thanks to the remarkable participation of our community, we were able to celebrate everyone’s achievements.

On Saturday evening, a large number of athletes, coaches, officials, clubs and event organizers had the opportunity to go home delighted with their Triomphe award. Indeed, the Valleyfield Triathlon won the public’s “Favorite Event” award. Éric Noël, involved as Technical Operations Project Manager – Paris 2024 Olympic Games, ended the evening with the Jury Prize.

The gala included a special moment to pay tribute to all those who contributed in any way to the success of the Paris Olympic Games. We also had the chance to listen to Emy Legault share her experience as this year’s Olympic athlete. It was a powerful moment, full of gratitude for all those efforts.

The induction of Mr. Danny McCann was a particularly moving moment. The ceremony was an opportunity to celebrate his remarkable and exceptional contributions to the world of triathlon, a fitting tribute to his career and commitment.

The entire Triathlon Québec team is proud to see the development and influence of our members at the regional, provincial, national and international levels. We look forward to seeing you next year!
