Our annual Gala was held last Saturday, November 18, at the Centre de services municipaux de Sainte-Anne-De-Sorel.

With the wonderful collaboration of Osmose Triathlon, we were treated to an emotional gala. Hosted by Alex Trudel, the 2023 edition of the gala was a real success. Thanks to the remarkable participation of our community, we were able to celebrate everyone’s achievements.

On Saturday evening, a large number of athletes, coaches, officials, clubs and event organizers had the opportunity to go home delighted with their Triomphe award. Indeed, the Lac-Etchemin Triathlon won the public’s “Favorite Event” award. Coach trainer Mariane Julien rounded off the evening with the Jury Prize.

The gala was marked by a touching tribute to Pierre Jeannotte, an official who passed away last April. To mark the occasion, the award originally named “Official of the Year” was renamed “The Pierre Jeannotte Award”.

The entire Triathlon Québec team is proud to see the development and influence of our members at the regional, provincial, national and international levels. We look forward to seeing you next year!
