EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Triathlon Québec would like to invite you to its Special General Meeting, to be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. by videoconference.
We are holding this meeting following the revision of our by-laws to comply with the new governance code of the Ministère des Loisirs et du Sports. Our work has been carried out in collaboration with the legal department to ensure compliance with these requirements. Our federation has until March 31, 2023 to comply with the new code in order to remain a recognized federation.
AGENDA
We invite you to read the documents attached to this article, which concern the new by-laws adopted by the Board of Directors on December 7, as well as the amended by-laws for 2019, the agenda and the resolution. Please note any questions you may have for the January 25 meeting. Due to the large number of amendments to the by-laws, it is not possible to list all the changes made between the 2 versions, as this is a complete overhaul.
