Triathlon Québec’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 3:30 pm at the Magog Community Center. It will also be possible to connect remotely for those unable to make the trip.
Delegates from Triathlon Québec clubs in good standing are invited to attend. This will be an opportunity to meet with the Triathlon Québec team and learn about the federation’s accomplishments for the year beginning April 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2023.
Notice of the meeting was e-mailed to all club presidents on June 6. Credentials and voting rights will also be e-mailed to club presidents.
The Board of Directors of the Corporation is composed of seven (7) persons:
Directors of the Corporation are elected for a two (2)-year term by the delegates of members in good standing present at the Annual General Meeting. Four are elected in odd-numbered years and three in even-numbered years.
The Chairman, Secretary, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer are elected by and from among the directors.
The terms of four of the current Board positions have expired:
Nominations for election to these Board positions must reach the Corporation secretariat by 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2023. Nominations will be forwarded to members no later than July 5, 2023.
Elections will take place at the AGM. Nominations will be re-opened at the AGM if no nominations are received by the deadline.
