2025 series unveiled

6 December 2024

2025 is just around the corner, and the time has come to unveil part of next season’s calendar. The organizing committees are extremely motivated and are already working on improvements to enhance the athlete experience. We can’t wait!

See the 2025 calendar – (More events to come)

Below is the list of events selected to host one of Triathlon Québec’s series. A number of events are still on the calendar, due to their high quality. As in previous years, a few minor changes have been made, based on date availability, regional fairness and the Canadian Championships schedule, to be announced at a later date.

Event registration forms will open gradually over the coming weeks. The Triathlon Québec annual memberships are already available for next season. Don’t hesitate to join or renew now to take advantage of the various in-store discounts before the holiday season.

For more details on the series, see the specific pages below:

Please note that selections for the Coupe Québec Cross-triathlon/duathlon, D3couverte, 1-2-TRI GO!, Para triathlon and regional finals for the Jeux du Québec will come at a later date. Specific sections related to these events will be updated later on the website.

Good preparation!

Coupe Québec Triathlon (Sprint 16+. Olympic 18+)

750m-20km-5km for sprint distance and 1500m-40km-10km for Olympic distance. All stages are WITHOUT cross-country running, except for Gatineau, where cross-country running will be permitted. Road bikes are mandatory for this stage (no triathlon bikes, no time trials). Stages are scored on 1000 points, with the exception of the Quebec sprint and Olympic distance championships, which are scored on 1200 points.

We are aware that counting both championships on 1200 points may create distortion in the 16-19 category, since 16-17 year-olds will not be able to start at Olympic distances, unlike 18-19 year-olds. Nevertheless, in the interests of fairness between distances, we have decided to award the same number of points between the two championships.
