2024: An exciting season ahead!
The 2024 calendar will be packed in Quebec, with a wide range of events to suit all tastes! Here are just a few of the upcoming highlights for 2024.
- Quebec will once again play host to the world’s elite with the presentation of a Paratriathlon World Series event on June 29 and a Triathlon World Series event on September 14-15.
- Challenge Family makes its provincial debut with the inaugural presentation of Cap Québec on July 20 and 21, and the 40th edition of the Esprit Triathlon, which becomes Challenge Esprit Montréal.
- The Quebec Cup series will travel to some 15 events across Quebec for athletes in age group, youth and junior categories. Events such as Mont St-Mathieu, Cap Québec and Sorel-Tracy are the 2024 additions to this series, which relies on a variety of formats and broad regional representation.
- The Discovery event, for new enthusiasts, and the 12-Tri go! event, for children aged 4 to 13, will offer participants a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Long-distance enthusiasts are in for a treat with the return of the 70.3 Ironman Tremblant, the two Challenge events of the long-distance Trimemphré.
- Off-road triathlon and duathlon enthusiasts, whether on the mountain or in the gravel, will also be delighted with the presentation of the Série Xterra Québec, the EPIQ Triathlon and the Gaspesia Xtreme Triathlon.
- Finally, the Rouge et Or and Sherbrooke indoor aquathlons and the Pentathlon des neiges will kick off the 2024 season in February!
