Triathlon

Duathlon

The duathlon combines running, cycling and a second run. An ideal discipline for those who want to avoid swimming!

Aquathlon

Aquathlon is essentially a combination of swimming and running over different distances. It’s an excellent introduction to triathlon.

Aquavélo

Aquavélo has gained in popularity in recent years. It combines swimming and cycling, without the running portion.

Bike and run

Bike & run is done in teams of two, with one bike. One member runs, the other rides. Athletes exchange bikes whenever and wherever they want.

Cross-triathlon/duathlon

A cross triathlon is a combination of open-water swimming, mountain biking and trail running. A cross duathlon is without swimming.

Swim run

With no set distance or transition zone, Swimrun combines open-water swimming and trail running. When it comes to equipment, anything goes.

Winter Triathlon

A Quebec creation, the winter triathlon combines snowshoeing (or walking), skating and cross-country skiing over various distances.
