Alliance Sport-Études
It’s possible to succeed in sport and at school at the same time!
Alliance Sport-Études is recognized and subsidized by the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur. Its mission is to support, coach and contribute to the academic and athletic success and perseverance of Quebec high-performance athletes pursuing post-secondary studies.
Eligibility
To be admitted to Alliance Sport-Études, you must :
- be admitted to a college or university that is a member of the Sport-Études Alliance;
AND
- be identified as an Excellence, Élite, Relève or Espoir athlete by your sports federation to the Ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur.
You can apply for admission to Alliance Sport-Études by completing the online form in the Admission section of Alliance Sport-Études before November 1 (for the winter session) and before March 1 (for the fall session).

Educational support services
Student-athletes enrolled in the Alliance Sport-Études program benefit from a recognized student-athlete status at their educational institution, enabling them to receive educational support services adapted to their needs, such as :
- privileged contact with the sport-study sponsor and their teachers in order to benefit from adapted pedagogical services;
- the possibility of adapting their school timetable to suit their sporting needs;
- access to the Fondation Sport-Études scholarship program.
